Mayfair Racquet & Fitness Clubs (“Mayfair”) is committed to protecting
your personal information. The information Mayfair collects from our
members allows us to offer memberships, provide information about
upcoming events at Mayfair and to provide services to our members.
Mayfair collects personal information from our members directly. Such
information includes the member’s name, address, telephone and other
contact information, date of birth and billing information.
The personal information is not collected, used or disclosed by Mayfair
for any purpose other than those that we have specified. Mayfair will
only collect, use or disclose such information with your permission.
The records containing the personal information are kept in a secure
area. Access to that information is limited to those employees of
Mayfair who require it for the purposes we have identified. Mayfair will
also disclose a member’s personal information to medical professionals
in cases of emergency.
Mayfair may contact you from time to time to update your personal
information. The updated information will be subject to this policy.
Subject to legal and contractual obligations, you are entitled to withdraw
the consent previously given to collect, use or disclose the personal
information.
A copy of this policy will be posted on Mayfair’s website and is otherwise
